Questions

Brett Stollery

Hi Tarty, I was wondering if this bb will be suitable for a front freewheel with a trialtech half alloy bashguard? Thanks, Brett

Hi Brett - Depending on your freewheel, it should be fine. If you have an ENO or a similar 'tabs out' style of extractor tab then it might be pretty close, but for most modern day freewheels with recessed extractor tabs it should be fine. Thanks, Mark

Henry

Will this fit a tensile front freewheel and an echo urban bash ring on a zoo python 07 frame?

Posted by Henry on 23/12/2010

Reply from TartyBikes on 23/12/2010

Hi - To fully mae sure that they'd fit it'd be good to know the type of cranks you're using, but generally speaking most cranks out there, with the Tensile FW and Urban bashring, should fit fine. The Race BB uses a 128mm spindle which is the most popular length in trials because of it's compatibility with almost all setups. Thanks, Mark

Petras

Will it fit on my Because Simple Street 2010 frame witch have 68 mm wide?

Posted by Petras on 19/09/2012

Reply from TartyBikes on 20/09/2012

Hi Petras - It should fit absolutely fine. You will need to use the thin spacer supplied with the BB to get it to fit your BB shell correctly. Thanks, Mark

Sam

Will this bottom bracket fit my Inspired Element, since i am using a bashring ?

Hi Sam - thanks for your question. This bottom bracket will fit your frame just fine, and it has the longest axle available so clearance will be no issue. Thanks, Flipp.

kirk

will this bottom bracket work for a giant stp frame (73mm), along with try-all isis cranks, ffw and bashring? I know most folks are using frames with 68mm bb spacing, so not sure if this will work with 73mm. Any ideas?

Posted by kirk on 14/03/2015

Reply from TartyBikes on 16/03/2015

Hi Kirk - thanks for your question. This bottom bracket will work perfectly with a 73mm shell. Simply don't fit the extra washer that is supplied (this is for use with 68mm shells). Thanks, Flipp.

Rory

Hi I was just wondering if you know what bottom bracket will fit a ko bikes km1 and if you sell them ?

Posted by Rory on 21/06/2015

Reply from TartyBikes on 22/06/2015

Hi Rory - thanks for your question. Any threaded bottom bracket we stock will fit, and the longer the axle used the less clearance issues you will have. A 128mm option such as this would be perfect. Hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

Danny

Hi would this BB fit my onza comp 2010

Hi Danny - This BB should fit your Onza Comp nicely. Thanks, Mark

brogan bursill

hi, would this work on a 1010 jitsie frame with echo tr cranks?

Posted by brogan bursill on 18/11/2017

Reply from TartyBikes on 20/11/2017

Hi Brogan - This should work fine with that setup as long as you have the TR cranks that use a screw-on freewheel rather than a splined one. Thanks, Mark

chris tabb

Hi Henry - In that case, I'd imagine it would work fine. Thanks, Mark

adam sadowski

is that BB be fit to my 20" onza pro 2012 or 2011

Posted by adam sadowski on 18/03/2014

Reply from TartyBikes on 18/03/2014

Hi Adam - thanks for your question. This bottom bracket will fit your frame just fine, the only problem could be your cranks. The cranks on that bike have been made in both square taper and ISIS models, so you would need to find out which you have. If the hole in the crank that the bottom bracket fits in to is a square, this will not work. If it is a circle with ten splines machined in to it, this bottom bracket will fit perfectly. I hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

Will

Will this fit my 2009 Onza Blade? I'm running a Tensile FF Freewheel, Echo 160mm ISIS cranks and a 74 Kingz bashring. Many Thanks

Hi Will - thanks for your question. Yes, this will fit your bike just fine. Thanks, Flipp.
