overall the bike is good devilery was fast, it does seem to skip sometimes in the f/w crank area I dont know why, also one of the axle bolts was jammed in and had to be taken to halfords to be removed but other than that its a great bike and I highly recomend to other beginners or even more experienced riders

Hi Daniel - Thanks for your review. Regarding the 'skipping', when the bike is new sometimes the sprocket and freewheel will tighten on fractionally more as they first bed in. Sometimes this can make a skipping/banging type noise, but it should settle down very quickly. If it continues over a longer period of time then it might be an issue, but the freewheel used on this bike is very durable so it should all be fine. Regarding your axle bolt, we've made an instructional video to help out in this sort of scenario which you can view here: https://vimeo.com/23584688 As it mentions in your warranty document, if you have any issues with your bike we request you contact us first as usually we're able to help out straight away without you having to pay to take your bike to a bike shop to have it 'fixed'. In any case, I hope you enjoy the bike!
