Please check the disc mount position on your frame or fork before ordering this item! Many trials frames and forks have their mounts in a 'plus' position as standard, meaning you may require a different adaptor than initially expected.

- CNC machined adaptor to convert IS standard disc mount forks to Post Mount calipers.
- Anodised finish to match the latest Hope brake calipers.
- Comes complete with mounting hardware.
- Available in three types: A, B and F - standard rotor sizes listed in the variation table, for full details please click here.
- Please note that if you are using a Type A Adaptor with Trial Zone caliper, you will need to add 2.5mm of washers between the adaptor and the caliper.
- The Type A adaptor is not compatible with Magura MT5 & MT7 calipers.
- Finished in anodised black.
- Weight: 20g

Please note that the sizes listed are for International Standard brake mounts. Some frames or forks have the mount at a different position, such as +20 on the rear of many Inspired frames, so you will need a different adaptor in this case. If you aren't sure which one you need, please feel free to contact us for advice.

Hi Nath!
If you've got Post Mount calipers on your brakes, you'll need an Adaptor A for the front and an Adaptor F for the rear, assuming you're continuing to use 160mm rotors.
If your Hope brakes have IS calipers, we'll need to know which type of IS caliper they are. Hope make a #3 and a #5, each requiring a different adaptor. If you look on the inside of the leg of the caliper where it bolts to your frame/adaptor, you should see an engraved number - this will tell you which caliper # it is.
If you can let us know this number, we'll suggest which parts to use.

I have an Echo Mk 5 24 inch with Echo Urban 2015 forks. If I understand it correctly, those forks have IS +20 mounts, meaning I would need the Type A adapter to mount Hope Tech 3 Trial Zone with a 180 mm rotor. Is that correct?

Hi Tim!
Urban forks have always been regular IS mount, but one way to check it to measure from the centre of your axle bolt to the centre of the lower brake mount hole. If it's 50mm, they're IS. If it's 60mm, they're +20mm. As before though, I'm confident they're IS.
As a result, to use a 180mm brake you'd need to use the Adaptor F.
