Extention Vary 26" Frame Kit

- The new 26" street trials frame kit from Extention!
- A completely brand-new design for 2022 developed for the most demanding street riders.
- Featuring a tapered head tube, 142 x 12mm rear axle and 15 x 100mm front axle and clearance for 2.5" tyres.
- CNC machined one piece BB yoke, dropouts and brake mounts for increased strength in these key areas.
- High quality 6061 hydro-formed, T6 heat treated aluminium tube set.
- Square rear drop out tubing for maximum stiffness and weld area whilst allowing better ankle clearance.
- 180mm position Post Mount disc mount on the fork and frame allows the use of 180mm rotors without adaptors.
- Internal headset, with a 1.5" lower cup allowing the use of a tapered steerer tube fork.
- Euro style (threaded) 73mm bottom bracket features a 1.37" x 24tpi thread suitable for use with any 73mm shell compatible threaded bottom bracket we stock. Please note: the BB shell is not faced. You can fit a BB without facing this part of the frame but we recommend purchasing a facing service here. Brake mounts are already faced.
- 27.2mm seatpost diameter. Frame is supplied with a bolt up aluminium clamp.
- Custom CNC Extention chain tensioner allows the rear wheel to be removed without having to loosen the tensioner first. The tensioner also only has a cage on one side, meaning the chain can be put on and taken off without having to split and rejoin it!

Vary 26" fork

- Threaded steerer with screw in top cap allows for steerer tube routing of the front brake line.
- CNC machine, butted, aluminium steerer tube (190mm long) has massively increased wall thickness at the fork crown for increased strength .
- Chunky fork legs combined with CNC drop outs give high levels of stiffness, ideal for accuracy and high load moves like taps and hooks.
- Dropouts feature a cut away to guide the hub axle into place for easier wheel fitting and use a replaceable axle nut.
- Frame kit only available in Pearlescent Blue.

1st Impression Review

Just received the frame kit today and 1st impressions are great, very nice welds and the paintwork and decals look great. This is a frame for a project build, I compared it to the Inspired Hex due to being a taller rider and the geometry is very, very close. Only time will tell once it's fully built but I have high hopes.

Thanks for your honest first impressions, Lee. It would be great to hear some real world feedback on the build. With Hex frames still hard to get, the Vary is a great alternative!
