- TPU tubes are gaining popularity in professional competition thanks to their super light weight, puncture resistance and rebound properties.
- The Hashtagg TPU tubes have been developed to have increased rebound properties compared to standard butyl tubes, giving a more dynamic and lively ride feel.
- Weighing in at approximately 91g for a single 20" tube and 122g for single 26" tube, the weight savings are huge! Based on a common weight of 145g for a standard 20" butyl tube, and 220g for a standard 26" butyl tube, the weight saving is approximately 38% for the TPU 20" and 44% for the TPU 26" Hashtagg tube!
- Hashtagg TPU tubes have a wall thickness 3 times greater than other brands of TPU tubes of the same size and valve type. This makes the Hashtagg TPU tubes significantly more puncture resistant, a common problem with other brands of TPU tubes.
- A 38mm long Schrader valve is reinforced at the base to prevent tearing, and is further protected by a plastic ring around the base.
- 20" tubes can be used on 19" and 20" rims with a tyre width of 1.8" to 2.6"/
- 26" tubes can be used on 26" rims with a tyre width of 1.8" to 2.6".
