- Inspired's Tripod system seat post.
- Only compatible with Tripod saddles, such as the Inspired Kevlar Tripod Saddle.
- Innovative system utilises two 'prongs' on the seat post slotting into two matching recesses on the saddle to ensure a strong, supportive fit, which is then held securely by a bolt (supplied with saddle) at the front of the post. This extra support across the seat pan makes them a stronger yet lighter alternative to traditional railed or Pivotal saddles. An angled shim (supplied with seat post) can then be used to tailor the angle of the seat to suit.
- Low profile mounting system and a pressed then bonded construction makes it one of the lowest, lightest seat and post combinations available, helping to run the seat lower and give more clearance.
- Anodised black finish with laser etched Inspired logo graphic.
- Overall length 150mm, with a maximum running height of 80mm.
- 25.4mm diameter, please check your frame before ordering.
- Shims to convert your frame from a 27.2mm seat post diameter to 25.4 can be found here.

When fitting the saddle initially, the 'prongs' can be a very tight fit into the saddle. We recommend fitting the rear of the saddle first, by pulling down at the outer edges of the underside of the saddle to spread it apart a little, then fitting the spacer (if desired) between the saddle and top of the post. Once this is in place, you can then rotate the saddle so it is pressed against the spacer and post fully, then finally insert the supplied bolt to secure it in place. Please note: The supplied bolt is relatively short, so please ensure that the saddle is fully inserted into the post before attempting to tighten the bolt.
