  • Direct replacement BB for Flow Plus and bikes using the Flow Plus or Inspired Pro crankset!
- As supplied with the Inspired Flow Plus Crankset, the Flow 24mm BB!
- Direct replacement BB for Flow Plus and bikes using the Flow Plus Crankset or bikes fitted with the Inspired Pro Integrated Crankset! - External bearing design to fit 68/73mm shell frames. An extra spacer is required for 68mm frames, please see addtional information below!*
- High quality aluminium cups and durable sealed bearings for a long service life.
- 16 spline tool fitting is compatible with Shimano Hollowtech 2 external BB tools. We sell a specific tool to fit here.
- Centre sleeve features two O-rings to help keep things in place while installing the BB.
- Fitted as standard on Flow Plus bikes!
- Available with black cups only.
- Supplied as a pair of cups, bearings and centre sleeve and x 2 2.5mm spacers.

Inspired Flow 24mm BB

Additional Information

* The following applies when using this BB with the Flow Plus Crankset. For use with a 73mm BB shell, both spacers supplied with the BB must be used on the drive side. For frames with a 68mm shell you will need to use one extra, 2.5mm spacer on the left hand (non drive side) of the BB. These can be purchased separately here.

For use with an Inspired Pro Integrated Crankset no spacers are required for a 73mm BB shell. For frames with a 68mm BB shell the provided spacers must be fitted, one on each side of the BB.

This 68mm or 73mm dimension refers to the width of frame where the bottom bracket fits in, please measure your frame before ordering! The two 7mm spacers supplied must be used when installing the crank to any frame. One spacer is installed on the spindle before inserting the crank into the BB, and the second on the spindle before the left-hand crank is installed.
