  • Perfect for standard HG spline hubs and cranks too!
- Lightweight single speed spacer kit from hub and wheel specialists, Halo!
- Ideal for spacing splined sprockets on HG spline hubs and cranks.
- CNC machined aluminium construction with a durable, anodised black finish.
- A wide range of spacer sizes to allow you to fine tune your chain line / sprocket fit. Included in this kit are:

x2 - 10mm spacer
x2 - 5mm spacer
x2 - 2.5mm spacer
x2 - 1mm spacer

- Ideal for use with Hope Pro 2 / 4 / 5 S/S trials hubs, Industry 9 Hydra S/S hubs and any standard HG free hub!
- Also work well for spacing splined sprockets on the latest generation of HG splined cranks.

Halo Single Speed Spacer Kit

Additional Information

Please note: We do not recommend using the 1mm spacers against a lockring or at the base of a free hub / crank spline. Due to their size, there is a chance they will deform under high load in these areas. They work best fitted in between two bigger spacers.

You will need a lockring with a total diameter of 38mm to get full contact with the last spacer on a free hub body. Smaller diameter lock rings may not fully contact the last spacer on the free hub, and could cause damage. This is not covered under warranty. We sell compatible Gusset cassette lock rings here and compatible Halo alloy cassette lock rings here.

It's important to ensure that the final spacer overlaps the free hub body with any sprocket used, so the cassette lockring does not 'bottom out' on the free hub before it is tightened to the recommended torque. 1mm overlap is ideal to ensure the lockring thread engages fully when tightened.
