Upcoming Store Closures

Now I'm operating as a single member of staff, the store will close for public holidays AND staff holidays. There may also be occasions where I am open later, or closing earlier. Below are the upcoming closures and opening times.

On the days I am closed, there will be no email or phone response, and no orders will ship. All orders and correspondence will be actioned when I'm open again on the dates listed below.

This list will be updated frequently throughout the year - please check it if you definitely need your orders by a certain date!

I'm sorry for any inconvenience my closing times may cause, and I appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing me an occasional holiday!

September 26th -I now have a confirmed date for the birth of my first child! Tarty Bikes will be closed from the 26th of September, and my plan is to open again on the 6th of October for order shipping only. This will depend on how things go at the end of September! I may need more time off, but I will make sure to notify customers in due course.

I will only be in the office to ship out orders from the 6th of October to the 10th. The warehouse will be closed, the phone line will be closed, and there will be minimal email response. Normal hours will resume from the 14th. Don't forget, the warehouse will be closed on Mondays starting from the 13th moving forward!!

ALL ORDERS FOR BIKES, WORKSHOP AND WHEEL BUILDS MUST BE PLACED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY THE 19TH OF SEPTEMBER.

I cannot guarantee any wheel builds, workshop jobs or bikes will be shipped before the 26th of September, if placed AFTER the 19th of September. Any orders for the above placed after the 19th of September will most likely ship during the week beginning the 13th of October

Thank you all for your support while I welcome the new member of my family, and adjust to life as a parent! I will do my best to keep on top of correspondence during that first week back, and ship orders, but there may be some disruption.
