With strike action across Royal Mail services, train strike action planned and continued disruption to international delivery services, we're advising earlier than normal cut off times for Christmas deliveries this year as a precaution. The following is just a guide, you may well get your order in time if placed after any of the dates below, however we cannot guarantee this. Our general advice is to order as soon as possible to avoid missing out!
Strike action continues to cause delays to Royal Mail services and this will continue into December. Confirmed dates for Royal Mail strike action so far are:
9th December
11th December
14th December
15th December
Further strike action has been planned for more dates in December, but not confirmed by the CWU Union - we will keep you updated on these as and when we get confirmation of action due to take place. Collections will not take place on the working days strike action is taking place. Delays to Royal Mail services will be significant at this time of year and we cannot give time estimates for parcel delivery. Sadly, notification by Royal Mail has been very late, in some cases, giving us just 24 hours to notify customers. For this reason, if you need anything guaranteed for Christmas, we would recommend using either DPD or FedEx, who are currently unaffected by strikes, and shipping no later than the advised cut-off dates.

These are recommendations only, not a guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas if ordered on these dates. You may receive your order if shipped on a later date, but delays will only increase as we approach Christmas, so please bear this in mind.
All Royal Mail national deliveries - 12th December, 3pm GMT
All Royal Mail international deliveries - 5th December, 3pm GMT
FedEx
FedEx is still experiencing customs delays and will be busier than normal as more customers opt for this service over Royal Mail. Delays range from around 2-5 working days to international deliveries currently.

DPD
DPD are still operating mostly as normal (thankfully!) although they will be much busier as customers opt for this service over Royal Mail and we know drivers are under increasing pressure. Generally, DPD deliveries are next working day, but this is NOT guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service, please get in touch before ordering.
