To help make your holiday plans that little be easier to manage, we're offering to help our customers by holding their orders for Christmas, until they are ready for them to be shipped! This will hopefully save the stress of trying to hide those presents for weeks on end, and allow customers to make those purchases early, spreading the cost, and ensuring you grab those important presents while they're in stock!
All you need to do is tell us in the order notes that you would like us to hold your order, and when you would like it to be shipped. You can request shipping right up until our shipping cut off times for holiday orders (more info on those cut off dates soon).
As a bonus, if you want to add anything else, you can get in touch via the usual channels, and we can add to your order, ensuring everything gets shipped together, reducing the risk of loss or delays during the busy season.
This is a free service that applies to orders of all sizes! If you want to special order a product we don't have in stock, we can hold that for you, too.
