TNN Engineering ADM

Great brake pads from TNN, developed with Andrew Dickey!

- Incredibly powerful pads from TNN Engineering, featuring the brand new 'AD' compound!
- Material developed in conjunction with Andrew Dickey (seen here in his hugely popular Black Bike video), and tested by TNN Engineering's worldwide team as well as TartyBikes team riders Cap, Stan and Joe!
- Aluminium backing provides extra braking force and lever feedback since it is much stiffer than standard plastic backings.
- Fitted to the brake cylinder using an O ring, this ensures a snug fit.
- Unique hand-assembled gluing method is more advanced than other alloy-backed pads.

Recommended Use

Sharp medium grind, dry weather, slightly deeper grind for wet weather.

Due to the very stiff backings, it is imperative that these pads are set up perfectly squarely.

Additional Information

Always ensure that the O-ring is lubricated before fitting the pads, this will allow it to fit over the pin on your brake cylinder more easily.

Supplied as one pair (2 pads) as shown.

Please note that the use of tar, brake spray or other substances can have adverse effects on the life of brake pads and we are unable to accept responsibility for this.

Hi, looking for the best pads to use on the rear and was reckon ended these. I was just wondering whever they are refill able backings as they seem like a good option?

Hi Luke - thanks for your question. Yes, you can put a new set of refills in these backings just like any others! Thanks, Flipp.

Hi what tnn pads would you recommend for riding in the wet ??

Hi Harry - thanks for your question. Of the various TNN brake pads, we've found the LGM Greens with a harsh grind to perform the best in wet weather. Hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

how much pad does this adm pad have? because i have noticed a variation on pad size, but i think im right in saying 50mm?

Posted by Reece Jones

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Reece - All the TNN pads are 50mm long, apart from the original LGV Brake Pads which were 60mm. The actual depth of the pad material is 7mm. Thanks, Mark

hello together. is it does not matter which direction you turn the pads is? arrow up or down?

Posted by Marcel

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Marcel - The directional arrow is just so if you remove your pads you know which way they were on before. This allows you to simply re-fit your pads without having to wear them in to the profile of your rim again. If you have the arrow pointing towards the front of your bike, it will be easier to remember. Thanks, Mark

The best!

Posted by octavio

This TNN pads are the best pad that I've ever tried!

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Octavio - thanks for your review. An awful lot of people seem to agree with you!

Works great in dust...

Posted by David

Amazing is an understatement. These pads worked amazing on a moderate-to-harsh grind without bedding them in at all, even in dusty conditions. I have a lot of confidence in these pads!

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi David - The ADMs do seem like great pads, thanks for the review!

Good pad's

Posted by Paul

Have used Heatsink yellows, "real cousts" and LGM's but these current ADM's are my favorite pads on the rear. Great bite and very good solid hold (unlike my Cousts). Very good build quality as expected from TNN products, seem to be lasting well and refills available once they wear out.

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Paul - It's good to hear some more riders experiences with the ADMs. We're big fans here but it's good to know they're performing well for others too. Thanks for the review!

These pads are so good. I was riding in the rain, and to test the pads I dipped my rim in a puddle about 4-5 inches deep, and they still worked like they were dry! Honestly cannot fault them. Brilliant.

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Sam - It's good to hear you like your new pads! The wet weather info is useful too. Thanks for the review!
