This bike is supplied with a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or poor maintenance. Please ensure all the details on the warranty sheet supplied with the bike are adhered to. Certain circumstances (such as stripped threads or rounded crank arm tapers) only occur due to a lack of correct maintenance and all manufacturers are aware of these situations, so any claims due to incorrect maintenance procedures are much less likely to be successful.

We build this bike to a 100% complete state in our workshop before dispatch to ensure all items are manufactured correctly and nothing is missing, but we do have to remove some parts to ensure there is no damage during transit. You will need some basic tools (usually 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm allen keys and a 15mm spanner) for final assembly upon arrival. We have a video guide here to help, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance.

Please note that the specification on the bike may occasionally vary slightly from the photos and description. If this happens then the overall effect will be an upgrade and it will not affect the cosmetic appearance of the bike drastically.

Questions

Thomas Williams

Hi, please could you let me know the length of the fork steerer tube as it's supplied with this bike. The specifications for the Arcade fork sold separately give the length as 235mm; is it the same on the complete bike? Thanks

Posted by Thomas Williams

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Thomas!
The Arcade steerer tubes are generally around 215mm, enough to run 25mm of spacers.
The bikes are supplied to us like this from Inspired, so we aren't able to provide a bike with an uncut steerer, sorry.

Thomas Williams

Hi, please could you let me know the length of the head tube on this bike. Thanks

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Thomas!
The Arcade uses a 142mm long head tube.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Josef

Hello. Is it possible to order only the frame? Or can I buy it separately from you? I absolutely need one because my old one is broken.

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Josef!
Unfortunately it seems the Arcade frame kits aren't going to be available until spring next year, sorry.
As soon as we have more info we'll be sure to update the product page.
Apologies we can't be more help!

Bogdan Andreew

I am tall, my height is 192 cm. This is bike good for me or exist some other options ?

Posted by Bogdan Andreew

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Bogdan - The Arcade has a relatively long reach compared to some of Inspired's other bikes, so it should fit you fairly well. If it felt a little short switching to a 110mm stem would help increase the 'reach' of the bike. As an alternative, the Inspired Hex Pro is a little longer than the Arcade so might be more comfortable for you. Thanks, Mark

jack

Hello, Which hope adaptor will enable you to put a 203mm rotor on the rear of this bike? thanks in advance Jack

Hi Jack - The Hope IS Frame/Fork To Post Mount Caliper Adaptor (Product code: 10773) in Adaptor B size would do the trick. It's made for 200mm as standard, but with some thin spacers underneath you can shim it up to take care of 203mm rotors too. Thanks, Mark

Jay

Hello, Any more information on when the Arcade Pro will be available? Can't find any information anywhere. Was told by Highland Bikes back in late October it'll be available mid November / December but that's been and gone. Looking forward to hearing from you. Jay

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Jay - The Arcade bikes came back in stock around early December. Inspired opened those bikes out to pre-order, and when they did the entire delivery they had sold out almost straight away. We had a reasonable amount of them in stock, but sold out last week unfortunately. There should be more Arcade Fuse bikes in stock in March, but the Pro and Team bikes will be back in stock more towards May/June as far as we're aware. Sorry we can't help more! Thanks, Mark

Jack Butler

Which bike would feel more roomy, the 26" Hex or the 24" Arcade. Both have nearly the same reach.

Posted by Jack Butler

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Jack - The reach is similar between the two so they would feel quite close, but it's also worth bearing in mind the Arcade has a steeper head tube which would in turn put your bars a little further forward if you used the same geometry stem on both bikes. Although they would feel quite similar in terms of how roomy they are, they both ride very differently - despite having what is a relatively long reach in terms of 24" frames, the Arcade is the most agile/nimble street trials frame we sell. The Hex, due to both the different wheel size and the different geometry, is much more stable, and is aimed a little more at being suited to conventional trials rather than being more street-orientated like the Arcade. Thanks, Mark

Hiroyuki KISHI

Hello Steering is inspired by high rise Is not it an inspired arcade bar? Also do you think inspired high rise is the same as Trial Tech High Rise?

Posted by Hiroyuki KISHI

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Hiroyuki - The Inspired High Rise bar is the same as the Trialtech High Rise bar, but this is different to the Inspired Arcade Riser. I hope this makes sense! Thanks, Mark

Excellent Bike!

Posted by Gavin

Upgrading to this bike from a 2011 Inspired Element (26'') was incredible. Below are some pros and cons: Pros: - With the Hope brake upgrade, stopping is better than ever - The bike feels very controllable, 24'' wheels seem to help with back wheel maneuvering - BMX type moves are especially easier compared to the Element, spinning feels a whole lot better Cons: - Changing the back tire isn't very intuitive the first time - People will expect you to be a semi-decent rider on account of having such a cool bike Overall, as the second proper trials bike I've owned, it's definitely the better of the two. Would recommend to anyone interested in street trials, who wants a BMX-ish feel and look to their bike.
