Now I'm operating as a single member of staff, the store will close for public holidays AND staff holidays. There may also be occasions where I am open later, or closing earlier. Below are the upcoming closures and opening times.
On the days I am closed, there will be no email or phone response, and no orders will ship. All orders and correspondence will be actioned when I'm open again on the dates listed below.
This list will be updated frequently throughout the year - please check it if you definitely need your orders by a certain date!
I'm sorry for any inconvenience my closing times may cause, and I appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing me an occasional holiday!
August 20th to 26th - Malverns 'Cannondale' Classic Festival. We will be closed while we attend the Malverns Classic Festival to support the trials area! No orders will ship until we return until the 26th. There will be no email or phone response while the office is closed. We will be very busy when we return, so please be patient while we work through the order backlog.
September 5th to 8th - It's Ben's birthday! He's having a long weekend to ride some bikes, and probably eat cake. We'll be back open on the 9th, and all orders will ship thereafter. There will be no email or phone response while the office is closed.
October 1st - TBC - My first child will be due around this time. I plan on taking two weeks Paternity leave, but still plan to dip into the office to keep on top of things, and ship orders out. I won't know exact dates and times until after the due date, and I will organise my time accordingly, with updates to follow. Obviously, I will be a bit all over the place initially, so if you need any orders desperately, I would advise placing them before October, and any bikes no later than mid-September. I will be keeping an eye on the inbox to help customers with questions and orders, but I would appreciate your patience while I get to grips with this big life change!
