- The Trialtech HP rim brake lever is CNC machined with the rear of the blade hollowed out to save weight whilst remaining stiff and comfortable.
- 13mm piston and finely tuned leverage ratios allow for a shorter and stiffer blade to be used without a loss in overall power.
- Super smooth, high end engineering grade IGUS bushings at the pivot provide silky lever action with an incredibly low wear rate, meaning the lever won't develop play over time. These are now available as a spare
here.
- The piston is injection moulded from a specialist engineering grade nylon, chosen for it's super low liquid absorption rate. Using this material prevents the piston swelling when used with water, as seen on other levers with nylon pistons, and means it doesn't scratch the bore as with aluminium pistons.
- Replaceable pivot pin features locking grub-screw and a unique hidden ‘backup’ securing system to make sure everything stays tight.
- Neat integrated bleed port is positioned so air always rises to the bleed port exit, helping improve fluid change ease and quality.
- Super low profile bar clamp means reduced chances of painful leg/lever impacts. A custom dome-headed 7075 alloy bar clamp Torx bolt helps keep things in place whilst being unobtrusive.
- Optimal main hose exit angle helps prevent tangled and damaged hoses.
- Supplied with a unique custom-made bleed adaptor and hose, M6 cr-moly bleed blanking screw and Trialtech barbed fitting.
- Left or right side specific, but can be flipped in urgent situations (the pivot pin should be turned around for added security).
- All spares available separately, including a choice of
coloured fitting kits.
