TartyBikes are committed to protecting your privacy.
When you make an online order, we need to know your name, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and any other associated details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders, and to notify you about your order status. A telephone number is required in case we need to contact you.
For international orders, your phone number will usually be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. In addition to this, we require the Personal Number (11 or 12 digits) of Norwegian customers who choose DPD delivery service. We cannot send the parcel without this number, but we understand it is sensitive information and always treat it with respect. If you prefer not to give out your Personal Number that's no problem, you can choose FedEx or UPS instead (although it may be more expensive).
We, TartyBikes, promise not to pass any of this information or details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.
