Web Browser compatibility from 29th June 2018

In order to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we will be making some changes to our website which may mean that the site is no longer accessible to customers using older operating systems or web browsers.

This change won’t just affect our website but will have an impact on the majority of large ecommerce websites across the world wide web, most of which will no longer be accessible by 30th June 2018 at the very latest. So, if you need to update your device’s software, we recommend you do so as soon as possible to ensure you have an operating system and web browser that is compatible with TLS version 1.2 or above.

Looking at our website usage data, the majority of our customers will not be affected by these changes, but below we have provided some information as a guide to whether your software will be compatible with the updates being made to the website.

Please note however, this information is just for guidance only, as your exact system or network configuration may have an impact on your ability to access our website and provide the necessary level of encryption.

Generally speaking, if you are the running Microsoft Edge or the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari you are unlikely to be impacted by the upcoming changes.
