This bike is supplied with a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or poor maintenance. Please ensure all the details on the warranty sheet supplied with the bike are adhered to. Certain circumstances (such as stripped threads or rounded crank arm tapers) only occur due to a lack of correct maintenance and all manufacturers are aware of these situations, so any claims due to incorrect maintenance procedures are much less likely to be successful.

We build this bike to a 100% complete state in our workshop before dispatch to ensure all items are manufactured correctly and nothing is missing, but we do have to remove some parts to ensure there is no damage during transit. You will need some basic tools (usually 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm allen keys and a 15mm spanner) for final assembly upon arrival. We have a video guide here to help, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance.

Can you install hydraulic disc brakes on this bike? Many thanks

Hi Ashton - The Mini Master has disc mounts on the frame and fork but not on the wheels. This means that to fit disc brakes, you would need to change the hubs too to disc-ready models. This wouldn't be a problem though - to find out more, please give us a call or e-mail. Thanks, Mark

Hi Mehrdad - thanks for your question. Onza are producing a new version of the Mini Master which will be released in the new year, but we don't have any exact dates at the moment. I have set up a stock reminder for you and you will receive an automatically generated email when we get them in stock. Thanks, Flipp.

Hi Liam - thanks for your question. There is a new model on the way, but we have not been supplied with any dates yet. Thanks, Flipp.

Sorry again but would this bike be more suited for my brother who's is 7 but 135cm tall? And would I be able to ride it? :-)

Hi Alice - this would be a bit on the small side for him. Most people at his height would be moving on to a bigger bike. Hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

kesslan winters

My son is 40" tall would this bike work for him? Can it be setup for a kid that little?

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Kesslan - thanks for your question. 40" is just at the very smallest this bike is designed for, but will be Ok. It might look just a touch too big for him to start with, but as soon as he grows even a little he will be right at home. Hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

Hi I would like to know have you check real weight of this bike. Is it really 1,38kg heavier than Monty 205? Thanks! Mika

Hi Mika - thanks for your question. Yes - the weights listed on the two bikes are correct. Thanks, Flipp.

Christophe Wouters

Hi Christophe - thanks for your question. Shipping to Belgium will be absolutely no problem! This bike is only available in the green/purple colour scheme pictured. Hope that helps. Thanks, Flipp.

hello, what size would you have to be for this bike :)

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Kristian - Around 4ft or under would be best I think. This bike is usually recommended for kids under 7-8 years old. Any older/taller and I believe the Sting would be best. Thanks, Mark

Do the hub come with disc flanges??

Posted by Le

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Le - Although the frame and fork have disc mounts, the hubs are non-disc models. Thanks, Mark

has leave of what age a child can use this bike? thanks

Reply from TartyBikes

Hi Deny - It's difficult to say for definite as it depends on how tall the child is, but between 5-10 years old seems to be right usually. Thanks, Mark
