- Assembled at the Hope Technology Factory, in Barnoldswick, England, each Fortus wheel is built using high quality, and durable components, to withstand the most demanding riding on harsh UK terrain in all weather!
- The Fortus 30 rim gets an upgrade to a 'Single Cavity' design, extruded from 6061 T6 aluminium, and welded at the rim join. The single cavity design saves weight by ditching internal bridges in the rim cavity, commonly found on normal A-Section rims, without reducing stiffness and strength.
- The Fortus 30 rim has an internal width of 30mm, an external width of 35.20mm, and a rim depth of 23mm. This makes them ideally suited to a tyre width range of 2.4" up to 2.8".
- Each wheel is supplied with a 32mm tubless valve, and rim tape for tubeless set up. The tape and valve are not fitted, but we can do this for you if you leave a reminder in the order notes!

Pro 5, J-bend, rear hub. Hubs are available in a range of axle options, free hub options, and all currently available Hope colours. We've listed the most popular variations here. If you don't see what you're looking for, please get in touch, and we can arrange a special order for you!
- Pro 5 hubs with alloy free hubs feature 6 pawls, giving 108 points of smooth engagement running on stainless steel cartridge bearings. Hope hubs are legendary for their serviceability, with all spare parts available, and well documented diagrams, and service instructions making these wheels easy to maintain and repair.
- Pro 5 hubs with steel free hubs feature 6 pawls that engage simultainiously, giving 54 points of engagement. This helps reduce stress from heavier loads, and is recommended for e-bikes.
- All wheels are supplied with 6-bolt hubs. Centre lock options are also available to order, please get in touch if this is what you need.
- Laced using black Sapim Race, double butted spokes, and silver brass nipples, then hand finished in the Hope factory, each wheel is build to a high standard, and ready to ride right out of the box.
- Available in the following axle standards: 148 x 12mm Boost, 150 x 12mm Boost,157 x 12mm Super Boost. Other axle standards are available. Please get in touch if you can't find what you're looking for.
