All bikes may feature small blemishes in the anodising or marks in the finish of other components - this does not affect your warranty.

This bike is supplied with a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or poor maintenance. Please ensure all the details on the warranty sheet supplied with the bike are adhered to. Certain circumstances (such as stripped threads or rounded crank arm tapers) only occur due to a lack of correct maintenance and all manufacturers are aware of these situations, so any claims due to incorrect maintenance procedures are much less likely to be successful.

We build this bike to a 100% complete state in our workshop before dispatch to ensure all items are manufactured correctly and nothing is missing, but we do have to remove some parts to ensure there is no damage during transit. You will need some basic tools (usually 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm allen keys and a 15mm spanner) for final assembly upon arrival. We have a video guide here to help, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you require any further assistance.

What’s the difference between this bike and the inspired fourplay? And is will this bike fit for someone who’s 1m65? Gust

Hi Gust!
There are several differences between the Neuron and the Fourplay - the framekit each bike is based of are quite different to each other, then in the spec of the bikes there are some key differences too.
Looking at the framekits, the Fourplay is slightly more reinforced throughout than the Neuron. This means it is a little stiffer and stronger, but is also a little heavier than the Neuron. Things like the tensioner on the Fourplay are a little easier to use too.
As far as the spec is concerned, there are upgrades across the Fourplay such as hydraulic disc brakes as standard. The Fourplay also uses parts that have a wider range of compatibility than the Czar, which can be handy for future upgrades.
That said, the Neuron is a great bike, and if it fits your budget it is a good option! We have many happy customers who chose the Neuron and the Ion bikes, so although it might not have the additional features of the Fourplay bikes they're still great for learning street trials on, as well as progressing to more advanced moves.
If you're 1.65m, any of our 24" bikes should fit you fine. You would be too big for our 20" street trials bikes, and possibly a little small for our 26" bikes.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
