HSBC Merchant Services have changed the system they use to process UK card payments. The new system is called Global Iris, and as before it is secured using the latest security measures, which we have detailed here.
In short, there is no change to how the system works for our customers, other than the page used to collect card details looks different - we just wanted to make you aware of this change!
