- Totally redesigned for 2011, featuring innovative touches like the integrated/internal head tube.
- Dedicated 4-bolt mounts spaced at 100mm are braced with a built-in CNC machined booster to improve brake stiffness and frame strength.
- Brand new BB shell is CNC machined to be as lightweight as possible whilst still giving a large contact area with the down tube and chain stays to create a strong and stiff frame.
- CNC machined micro-dropouts (spaced at 116mm) are designed to give as much weld contact area as possible with the chain and seat stays to help strengthen the join.
- Built-in aluminium stubs allow the use of snail cams to get the best chain tension possible.
- Unique top tube profile changes along the length of the tube to give the largest possible weld area at the head tube and seat tube joins.
- Neat gussets between the top tube and seat stays to increase frame durability.
- 68mm wide BB shell has a machined out underside to save weight.
- 128mm long (135mm stack height including headset) externally butted CNC machined head tube uses an integrated top bearing with an internal lower bearing (also provided with the frame), providing an ideal balance between strength and weight.
- Gussets at the top and down tube join with the head tube are machined out to keep weight low whilst still strengthening this crucial area of the frame.
- The frame is shot-blasted then anodised to give a unique finish, which is complimented by Koxx Sky graphics.
- Supplied with sealed bearing headset.

hi there, with this frame kit you say it has an integrated ball bearing set in the head tube does this include a complete head set or just the bearings ?( can you explain the bearings a bit better please?) & can you supply with the koxx forks to go with it, the four bolt mounts. cheers steve

Hi Steven - The Sky is a bit different to most other frames, as it has an integrated top cup and an internal lower cup. Basically, the top cup is built into the frame, so you have the sealed bearing cartridge sitting inside the frame itself. However, the lower cup is an internal cup which needs to be pressed into the frame (like most conventional headsets). This also has a sealed bearing that then sits inside the cup. The complete headset is supplied with the frame. The Try-All Forxx are also available separately so if you wanted to order them all together we'd be able to send them out together, however there isn't a specific frame/fork kit available directly from Koxx/Try-All.
