TartyBikes : Neon Curved Blade 2010

- New light weight trials fork from Neon.
- Thick butted steerer is 6mm thick at the bottom and then reinforced with a press-in plug.
- Machined crown to remove excess material and save weight.
- One piece steerer tube with extra thick insert overcomes problems seen on pressed and welded steerers and offers a stiffer fork.
- Oversized tubing gauge used for the fork blades provides an excellent strength to weight ratio (also giving a larger contact/weld area at the crown).
- New dropouts for 2010 reduce weight and increase strength by offering a greater weld area on the fork leg. Please note that they may differ from the photos slight as Neon make rolling changes to their products.
- Available for 26" wheel bikes only, with an International Standard 8mm thick disc tab to take the extra stresses involved in trials riding.
- Also available with dedicated HS33 mounts.
- Classy satin black or gloss white finish with Neon logos.
- Weight (including star nut and full length steerer): 845g (Disc only, White)

Some forks may be supplied without graphics.

Please note that due to the design limitations of 4-Bolt forks, they are always less durable than the same model without the 4-Bolt mount fitted. The stiff section where the mount is located causes a stress riser, and this makes the fork more likely to break. We therefore advise that forks fitted with a 4-Bolt brake mount will always fail earlier than the same fork without this mount attached.
