TartyBikes : Echo Urban 2012 20"

- Well-proven and very popular fork for both street and natural riders, once again updated for 2012!
- Super-thick steerer now features an integrated crown race (45 degree - perfect for Echo SL headsets), reducing the stress riser at the bottom of the steerer tube. You must run a sealed bearing headset with 45 degree lower bearing with these forks.
- Featuring fork blades which are welded to the crown section at a more shallow angle (closer to 90 degrees from the line of the crown) than most other forks, the Urbans have excellent tyre clearance and a rather distinctive 'wide' shape.
- Available for 20" wheel bikes only, with a choice of dedicated Magura 4-Bolt mounts (spaced at 94mm) and a disc mount, V-brake mounts and disc mount, or as a disc only set-up.
- 9mm thick CNC machined disc mount, to take the extra stresses of trials riding.
- Brushed aluminium or anodised black finish helps scratches stay un-noticed for longer and a top coat of lacquer helps them keep their shine.
- Weight: 715g (Black, 4-Bolt/Disc).

Please note that due to the design limitations of 4-Bolt forks, they are always less durable than the same model without the 4-Bolt mount fitted. The stiff section where the mount is located causes a stress riser, and this makes the fork more likely to break. We therefore advise that forks fitted with a 4-Bolt brake mount will always fail earlier than the same fork without this mount attached.
